Olesja Cormney celebrates Stephanie Prewitt, her first supervisor at Toyota, who had a profound impact on her as a young attorney.
It was transformational for me to watch Stephanie lead with kindness and empathy and be a rock for the organization in times of crisis. She empowered me to grow and helped open doors where I could showcase my capabilities. She was my sponsor before “sponsorship” became a thing. Most notably, Stephanie taught me not to miss out on family time as I pursue professional successes. I am honored to have learned from this incredible woman and am forever grateful to her for supporting and elevating me during my formative years in the profession.
