Perkins Coie LLP is seeking an associate attorney to join our Bankruptcy & Restructuring group in either our Chicago or Dallas office. Our group represents debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 reorganization proceedings, out of court restructurings, Chapter 7 liquidation proceedings and bankruptcy litigation,
including matters involving fraudulent and preferential transfers. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and 2-4 years’ of relevant experience at a national law firm.
