Carrington Coleman LLP is seeking an associate with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience for its Employment / Employment Litigation practice group. This is a great opportunity for a junior associate to join a firm that provides hands-on experience in a team-oriented environment. Candidates should have experience researching employment-related matters, preparing employment-related policies and agreements, and serving as second chair on employment litigation matters. We expect excellent academic credentials and a solid work ethic. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are critical for this job position.
Candidates must either be currently licensed to practice law in the State of Texas or eligible for admission without examination.
