Join DWLA for our December CLE and Annual Meeting, where we will vote and elect the 2025 Board of Directors.
For our CLE, Jen Falk with McCathern, will present Taking Care of Yourself When You are Taking Care of Others.
As attorneys, we are dealing with stress not only of our own demanding case load, but also managing the emotions of our clients. Jen Falk will walk attorneys through tips and tricks for managing high-stress and/or high-pressure situations, including resources available to attorneys locally and through local and state bar membership(s), so that they can in turn provide excellent legal service on behalf of their clients.
Jen Falk joined McCathern’s Dallas office as a partner in 2022 after a renowned career in the Harris County District Attorney’s Office and the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office. Jen brings extensive experience handling high-pressure and high-exposure legal matters, which is immediately benefiting McCathern’s clients across several practice areas, including Business & Commercial Litigation, Family Law, and Criminal Defense.
