Join DWLA as we host a Summer Fest for the women and girls at New Friends New Life! There will be music, food, and lawn games. The food is provided by Ruthie’s Food Truck by Café Momentum (gourmet grilled cheese for a good cause!).  We will be mingling with these brave women and treating them to an evening of good food and fun on July 21^st from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. The address for their facility will be provided closer to the event, but they are close to downtown.

New Friends New Life restores and empowers trafficked and sexually exploited teen girls, women and their children, and drives awareness of the issue and its prevalence. By providing access to education, job training, interim financial assistance, mental health, and spiritual support, New Friends New Life helps women and their children overcome backgrounds of abuse, addiction, poverty, and limited opportunities.
