Let’s get together for a Hands-Only CPR class with the American Heart Association where you’ll be able to learn how to save a life.  But let’s not stop there…let’s give back too! Join us for a clothing donation and the opportunity to clean out your closet and donate your gently used clothes and accessories for Attitudes & Attire! Bring your donation with you and join us to save a life, give back, and finish up with a happy hour to reward your good deeds!

CLOTHING DONATION: You do not have to donate to attend the event.
It’s Spring and time to clean out your closet for a good cause as we collect high quality professional women’s clothing, shoes, and accessories for Attitudes & Attire! Attitudes & Attire is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting personal growth for women seeking self-sufficiency. They provide the tools that raise self-esteem, promote ethics and build the confidence necessary to develop successful life skills. Since they were founded in 1996, they have served over 27,000 women.

Their full wish list and donation guidelines are below:

THE WISH LIST
– Contemporary, interview-appropriate skirt and pant suits
– Attractive, crisp blouses
– Beautiful, business-casual separates
– Trousers/dress pants and skirts
– Blazers/jackets
– Sharp, stylish jewelry, handbags and scarves
– Pantyhose – any size or skin tone (NEW only, please)
– Cosmetics and toiletries (NEW only, please)

CLOTHING GUIDELINES
– New or nearly new
– Any size clothing is welcome
– Appropriate for the workplace
– On hangers (rather than in bags or boxes)
– Cleaned and pressed
– Free of strong odors (moth balls, smoke, body odor)

They cannot currently accept: used cosmetics, used pantyhose, men’s clothing, or children’s clothing.

Happy Hour!
We’ll gather at Times Ten Cellars at 4:30pm for the class and to collect your donations, while we enjoy some wine, and network to reward our good deeds!
