Too often, success is framed as solely an individual effort—powering through challenges (or overpowering others) with a “grin and bear it” alone strategy. But what if there’s a better way? Attendees will learn how fostering meaningful connections within the legal community enhances decision-making, promotes well-being, and strengthens the profession as a whole. Through practical strategies and shared experiences, this session, led by Mey Ly-Ortiz, Managing Counsel with Toyota, will empower women attorneys to build networks that support both their careers and ethical responsibilities. It is through the power of community that we grow as individuals and as a profession – for the better of our clients.
