Join DWLA for a virtual CLE on Wednesday, May 22nd. Elizabeth A. Spencer Berthiaume, Julia Jacobson and Sasha Kiosse with Squire Patton Boggs, will present “Texas and Beyond: The Latest in U.S. State Data Privacy Laws.”
This presentation will take a deep dive into the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, which goes into effect on July 1, 2024. Additionally, key differences between the remaining 17 state omnibus privacy laws will be discussed along with tips for updating compliance programs and implementing best practices.
