What is Your Brain Wired For?
Brain Fitness in A Post-COVID Workplace
As many of us transition back to working in-person and all of us navigate this post-COVID world, speaker and licensed professional counselor Dee O’Neill will share key concepts from her “wired” series to provide a psychology-based discussion on how the brain works and how to optimize brain health by recognizing and building upon each participant’s personal experiences, including experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this talk, Dee will share practical tools, strategies, and resources to not only build resilience moving forward, but also maximize performance, productivity, and profit. Participants in this program will gain knowledge on how our brains are impacted by lifestyle factors, stress, and burnout and how to experience improved communication, collaboration, and teamwork harnessing brain science, so that we can all make the most of our post-COVID work life.
