In this talk, Dee will share practical tools, strategies, and resources to not only build resilience moving forward, but also maximize performance, productivity, and profit. Participants in this program will gain knowledge on how our brains are impacted by lifestyle factors, stress, and burnout and how to experience improved communication, collaboration, and teamwork harnessing brain science, so that we can all make the most of our post-COVID work life.
