Strive Successfully:  How to Aim High without Burning Out

We all want to be successful and achieve our goals, but sometimes, our pursuit of high achievement can lead to unhealthy forms of striving that leave us feeling dissatisfied and depleted.  So, what do we do? How can we aim high and achieve our goals without falling prey to unhealthy striving and excessive perfectionism?

Dr. Diana Hill is a licensed clinical psychologist, author, and podcaster who specializes in evidence-based and compassion-focused approaches to living well.  In this presentation, Dr. Hill will share how to identify and break our unhealthy striving cycles so that we can achieve what we care about most without unnecessary tension and anxiety.  You’ll learn how to use fierce self-compassion, values identification, and committed action to go from stressful striving to skillful striving.
