– 3-5 years’ experience.
– Civil litigation experience.
– Draft and argue briefs, pleadings and motions.
– Ability to independently manage litigation with minimal oversight.
– Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite and Adobe Pro X.
– Construction law and/or business litigation background preferred.
