The Houston office of McGuireWoods seeks a Staff Attorney to join the IP Litigation/Patents Department.

Qualified candidates will have 1 – 3 years of patent prosecution experience, software patent application experience at plus. Candidates must have a degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. Strong academic record and excellent writing skills. USPTO and TX Bar admission is required.
