WMC Mentor Application

The Dallas Women Lawyers Association (“DWLA”) and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers (“DAYL”) are thrilled to begin their 10th year of Women’s Mentoring Circles (“WMC”). WMC is an award-winning program that promotes the development, advancement, and retainment of women lawyers through mentorship, education, and community building activities.

Participants are divided into Mentoring Circles consisting of 10-12 women lawyers at different stages of their careers. Participants attend 4 large group events throughout the year — an initial kick-off program followed by 3 programs with featured speakers and discussion panels — as well as several small group meetups between members of individual Mentoring Circles.

If you have been licensed for 7 years you may sign up as a Mentor by completing the application below.

Dates for 2025 WMC’s 4 large-group events:

• Wednesday, March 26 at 6 p.m. (Kick-off)
• Tuesday, April 22 at 12 p.m.
• Tuesday, May 20 at 12 p.m.
• Tuesday, June 17 at 12 p.m.

Registration to participate in Women’s Mentoring Circles opens on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 and closes Monday February 17, 2025.
