Beyond the Presidency: A Trailblazer’s Journey of Leadership with Purpose and Grace
Join us for an intimate and illuminating conversation with Vicki Blanton, the immediate past President of the Dallas Bar Association, whose term marked a year of significant accomplishment and impact. This will be a different kind of program—one that looks beyond accolades and visible achievements to explore the undercurrent of heart, purpose, and personal truth that carried her through leadership.
This program will celebrate Vicki’s tenure while diving deeper into the often-unspoken inner work that sustains a leader at the highest levels.
We will explore what it means to navigate visibility, shoulder expectations, and still honor one’s own well-being and maintain ethical standards in the practice.
Jasmine Tobias, DWLA President, will guide a thoughtful dialogue that goes beyond professional accomplishments to the personal practices and inner resources that sustained Vicki throughout her presidency. Together, they will discuss how a leader protects her peace, stays grounded amid pressure, and finds clarity about what truly matters when the milestones are reached.
This program offers candid insight for attorneys at all levels who aspire to lead ethically with authenticity, resilience, and purpose. Attendees will leave inspired and better equipped to cultivate their own leadership identity while maintaining balance in demanding seasons of service.
