Mastering Difficult Conversations
We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday, May 20, at 12:00 p.m. at the Arts District Mansion for WMC Program 2, Mastering Difficult Conversations.
About Program 2:
Whether it’s with a client, a co-worker, or a family member, broaching uncomfortable topics can be challenging. No matter where you are in your career, you may encounter a novel conversation that you are not sure how to navigate. Join us for a discussion with female attorneys who excel at mastering difficult conversations in the practice of law. Panelists Monica Smith (Partner, Baker Botts), Semaj Garrett (Owner, The Garrett Law Office), and Leigha Simonton (Member, Dykema), and moderators Candace Groth (Senior Attorney, Vela Wood) and Rachel Roney (Associate, Barnes & Thornburg LLP) will walk you through effective tips and tricks for approaching difficult conversations in a variety of settings, including giving clients bad news, admitting you made a mistake, and setting boundaries, both personal and professional.
Please RSVP for WMC Program 2 below.
